PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Helical gear box can be easily configured to industrial process parameters thanks to a high range of gear transmission ratios. These are usually high speed gear as they can take higher loads than similar size spur gear. It’s motion is also smoother and quieter.

FEATURES
| CONSTRUCTION : Robust and integral case is made of cast iron grade 15/20 ISO-210/1970. All the gears and pinions are helical only. Design of gears for strength and correction of gears are as per ISO -4460 -1969 and CMTI standards. All gear wheels, pinions and shafts are made of high quality alloy steels as per ISO - 1570 and are hardened and tempered. All the bearings are designed for tough reversible applications and long life. |
MOUNTINGS : |
| The reduction ratio required is uniformly distributed on different stages to ensure that the geared motor will have the optimum strength and rigidity. For very low output speeds below 1 rpm in some applications, helio drive gearboxes are selected. |
